DATABASES DOWNLOAD

PROBER 1.40 includes a human genome mer database, required to run the mer engine. Alternative mer-databases databases (Burrows-Wheeler transformation suffix-arrays) are available for download from here:

Each database consists of 3 files : *.alc, *.bnc, *.enc
In order for PROBER to find the database files, they must be unzipped and copied into the same folder as PROBER.exe
